| • Permitted Load 120 / 135ft Booms and all large capacity Forklifts will be invoiced $250 delivery and $250 pick up. (within 30 mile radius of Santa Fe Springs, CA)

| • Heavy haul load 150s, 185s and 40k Forklifts will be invoiced $350 delivery and $350 pick up. (within 30 mile radius of Santa Fe Springs, CA) |

| • Atrium Lifts Atrium lifts will be invoiced $250 delivery and $250 pick up. (within 30 mile radius of Santa Fe Springs, CA) |
||
| • Third Party Hauler Services will be invoiced $140/hour during the week and $160/hour for a weekend haul |
||
| All deliveries beyond 30 miles from Santa Fe Springs, CA will be quoted hauling rates as applicable. | ||
